WPCRC will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, July 2, due to construction/service installation. The facility will reopen on Thursday, July 3.
Gymnasium
WPCRC offers a full-size, 7,400 square foot, hardwood gymnasium for recreation classes and programs.
Free Open Teen Gym Hours
- Monday-Friday: 4:00-5:30 pm
Important: You must have a WPCRC ID card to play at Open Gym.

School-aged Participation
School-aged children, ages 17 and under, will not be able to participate at the WPCRC until 3pm on days and times when City of Madison schools (Madison Metropolitan School District) are in session. Exceptions will be made if youth have an early release form signed by a parent and issued by the school. Youth may participate for purposes of homeschooling with an adult in attendance or in structured recreational programs.
