The information provided below is about some of the calls officers responded to over the last 24 hours.

Number of calls
From 6:00am on February 10 to 6:00am on February 11, we received 476 calls for service. This number does not include parking complaints or 911 misdials.
A breakdown of the calls for service per district is as follows:

"Other" is used for calls that either do not have a sector or the sector is not in the City. This would be used in the case of one of our officers assisting another law enforcement agency.

Tuesday, February 10:
Priority calls only from 11:28am to 12:22pm due to calls for service.
- 8:21am - West – Missing Adult: A 58-year-old female subject was reported missing. Entry made to the residence to check to see if the subject was there – she was not. Animal Services responded to take custody of several animals as the whereabouts of the subject is unknown and the home’s condition was not good (hoarding situation). The subject was listed as missing in the appropriate databases.
- 9:25am - North – Recovered/Stolen Auto: A vehicle reported stolen on 2/5 was located in a parking lot (Innovate Lane). Vehicle recovered. Owner notified.
- 1pm - North – Check Person: Officers responded to a report of a subject described as being out of control, screaming at staff, and refusing to leave the premises (1500 block of S. Stoughton Rd). The subject was contacted, placed into protective custody, and transported to a local hospital for an emergency detention evaluation (supported). The subject was subsequently transported to Winnebago.
- 2:44pm - East – Trespassing: A 42-year-old male subject was warned about trespassing earlier in the day at East Towne Mall. The subject returned several hours later. The subject was arrested for municipal trespassing after notification. The subject resisted officers which added charges for resisting, and disorderly conduct. A probation/parole hold was also placed on the subject.
- 3:24pm - East – Adult Arrested Person: A 36-year-old male subject called the crisis line and spoke with a staff member seeking crisis services. The subject became upset and called the crisis line back over 40 times in the span of 12 minutes. The subject berated a staff member, called them vulgar names, and threatened physical violence against them. The subject was arrested for threats to cause bodily harm to a healthcare worker and unlawful use of a telephone.
- 4:31pm - Midtown – Domestic Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance in a parking lot involving a 33-year-old female subject. The subject punched a victim several times. The subject was not on scene when officers initially arrived but she returned to the scene where she was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and battery.
- 9:54pm - West – Death Investigation: Officers responded to a residence for a pulseless non-breathing subject (77-year-old male subject). Lifesaving measures performed but were not successful. Medical Examiner’s office responded. Nothing suspicious identified.
- 10:55pm - South – Intoxicated Driver: Traffic stop conducted. The driver (26-year-old male) was found to be impaired. The subject was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (5th offense).
- 11:14pm - Central – Check Person: Officers responded to a report of a suicidal subject who was actively causing themselves harm. The subject was contacted and volunteered to go to a local hospital for help. The subject was left in the care of medical staff and officers disengaged.
