A man threated store employees with a hammer after they confronted him for shopping.
Officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of E. Washington Ave. around 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday.
The man left the area before officers arrived.
No arrests have been made at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
