Driver flashes gun at employee in drive-thru

Madison Police were dispatched to a fast-food restaurant in the 2400 block of S. Park St early Saturday morning for a person pointing a gun at an employee.

The suspect fled the area before officers arrived. 

Staff reported that the subject argued with them before brandishing a firearm and threatening the employee.  

Officers reviewed video evidence from the scene.  No arrests have been made, and this remains an open and active investigation.
