ATTENTION: Due to snowfall today, the City of Madison will not be accepting complaints related to snow or ice-covered public sidewalks. Additionally, complaints regarding excessive salt on public sidewalks will not be addressed.
Any complaints received before the official snow removal deadline-tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM (noon)-will be discarded.
For information about snow removal deadlines and related guidelines, please visit the Winter Highlights page on the City of Madison website: Winter Highlights.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Please Note: There is no legal requirement that a person provide a name. Providing a name does two things for us:
- Gives us some measure of credibility regarding the complaint (people are less likely to file a false complaint using their name)
- It gives us a point of contact if we have any questions regarding the complaint.
