• Common Council: The Common Council meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 25, at 6:30 p.m. in VIRTUAL FORMAT. Agenda items include an Age Restrictions on Hemp-Derived THC Products (Legistar 90169), prohibiting the sale of cats or dogs in retail pet stores (Legistar 90423), Adopting the Updated Elected and Appointed Official Code of Conduct (Legistar 87483) and Authorizing members of the Common Council to solicit funds for the purpose of supporting the ongoing operations of a permanent men’s shelter (Legistar 90316)

• Green Friday - Cleanup at Garner Park, Friday, November 28: Celebrate Green Friday with Madison Parks! Skip the shopping and join us at Garner Park for a relaxed, family-friendly morning focused on giving back to nature. Volunteers will help pick up litter, tidy common areas, and enjoy time outdoors while making a positive impact on their community.
• District 11 Book Club: Author Talk on the book “DisElderly Conduct: The Flawed Business of Assisted Living and Hospice”: December 10th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Sequoya Library.  Join District 11 Alder Bill Tishler, author and former Middleton mayor Judy Karofsky, and fellow community members for this discussion of DisElderly Conduct: The Flawed Business of Assisted Living and Hospice. A limited number of copies of the book will be available at the Sequoya Library "Ask Here" desk, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Public Information Meetings (PIMs)

• Public Cannonball Path - Phase 6, Monday, November 24: The public is invited to attend a Virtual Public Information Meeting scheduled for Monday, November 24th at 6pm to learn more about the proposed design and anticipated timelines, as well as an opportunity to share feedback and ask questions of the project team.
