Supreme Court overturns Gov. Evers order - US Supreme Court Rules All Absentee Ballots Must Be Postmarked By Tomorrow

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has overturned Governor Evers' Emergency Order on tomorrow's election. It will proceed as scheduled. Please continue with your original plans to cast your ballot tomorrow.

Thank you all for being patient with today's updates. I'm sorry to report this bad news and I am very disappointed with this decision.

 

US Supreme Court Rules All Absentee ballots must be postmarked by tomorrow

In a 5-4 ruling, the Court said that Judge Conley could extend the time for receipt of absentee ballots to April 13, but not the time for delivery or postmark. Absentee ballots must be postmarked or delivered by tomorrow, April 7, the date of the in person voting.
