July 27th - Virtual Neighborhood Meeting about Proposed Affordable Housing Project at Mifflin and Second Streets

Dear Neighbor,

Madison Development Corporation proposes to redevelop the corner of their property at Mifflin and Second Streets. Options in Community Living is moving out of the two-story office building, and this building will be removed and replaced with a two- to three-story apartment building that will have 24 apartment units, along with 24 underground parking stalls. The project will require Conditional Use approval from the Plan Commission and intial/final approval from Urban Design Commission.

Please join me, representatives from Madison Development Corporation, and staff from City Planning and Traffic Engineering for a virtual neighborhood meeting at 6:00pm on Tuesday, July 27, to learn more about this proposal.
