Downtown Alders Meet N' Greet, Thursday, August 31, 2023: Join us for an engaging event where you can meet and greet your Downtown Alders! Get to know the people who represent your community and have a say in local decisions. This in-person event will take place at the Madison Public Library, located at 201 West Mifflin Street, Madison, WI, USA, in the Madison Room on the 3rd floor. It is a great opportunity to ask questions, share your concerns, and connect with fellow community members. Refreshments provided! BRT Construction Updates As you probably noticed if you drive on E Washington, work has begun at several new locations, including Baldwin, Paterson, and Blair Streets. You can sign up for BRT Project updates here

The Brayton Lot meetings last week drew over 100 participants. The Brayton Lot (Block 113) website has the PowerPoint presentation and a survey to understand the community's priorities for redevelopment as the City moves forward to prepare a "Request for Proposals" from potential private development partners.
 

Public Market Open House September 12 The Market is only a few short months away from ground-breaking, and the community is invited to a sneak preview of all the market will provide with 20+ local vendors, including exciting newer businesses and a few of Madison's long-time favorites. Vendors will provide culinary offerings inspired by a variety of cultures, in addition to unique handmade goods.
