About the Artists: The Milligan Studio

The Milligan Studio is the Public Art practice of Irish Sculptor Alan Milligan and Novelist Dr. Nicole Mary Milligan, PhD. Their studio is in St. Paul Minnesota, and they have created monumental public art projects across the Midwest & the country. Many of their works use glass, steel, aluminum and bronze. We defy gravity with joy.
