- Cryogenic Fluids - Permit to produce, store, transport on site, use, handle or dispense
- Cutting or Welding - Permit to conduct operations
- Flammable and Combustible Liquids - Permit to store, handle, or use
- Hazardous Production Materials (HPM) Facilities - Permit to store, handle or use hazardous production materials
- High-Piled Storage - Combustible
- Magnesium - Permit to melt, cast, heat treat, or grind
- Organic Coating
- Pyroxylin Plastics - Permit to store, handle, assemble or manufacture articles involving Pyroxylin plastics
- Storage of Scrap Tires, Tire Byproducts
- Wood Products - store chips, hogged material, lumber or plywood

- Combustible Dust Producing Operation

- Spraying or Dipping - Permit to conduct a spraying or dipping operation utilizing flammable or combustible liquids or the application of combustible powders
- Waste Handling - operation of wrecking yards, junkyards and waste material-handling facilities
