Complaint Process Flow Chart

Flow chart shows the possible paths for a complaint. The first step is mediation, if successful, the case is closed. If  not, the case goes to investigation. If probable cause is determined, case goes to conciliation and then is either closed or goes to public hearing. If probable cause is  not determined, the case is either closed or appealed to the hearing examiner.
