Come join the Madison Police Department on Tuesday, August 5th for National Night Out!  The event takes place at Warner Park from 5PM to 8PM in the parking lot next to the Madison Mallards Stadium.  National Night Out is celebrated nationwide as an event for communities to bring residents and law enforcement together for a night of activities, education, and socializing.

The Northside is hosting this year's event, which includes the North Police District, Madison Mallards, City Parks Department, Northside Neighborhood Associations, and a number of non-profits.  The event will take place between a baseball double-header sponsored by the Mallards and includes Star Gazing with UW Space Place, information on non-profit programs and crime prevention.   There will be face painting, bike safety, bike parade, and all kinds of police vehicles and equipment.  The Mounted Unit will be attending along with SWAT and Special Events Team members with their equipment.

Please join us for this fun family event on August 5th at Warner Park and have a rewarding and entertaining night out.
