Bike Madison offers programs to teach children how to ride safely including:

  • A school based program which involves a combination of classroom and on bike instruction.
  • After school and summer camp bike clubs which takes kids on organized rides to teach them the basics of riding safely.
  • An interactive display illustrating how to handle various traffic situations. This is suitable for a program such as a health fair.
  • A bicycle rodeo where children go through various stations learning how to enter the street safely, how to make turns and ride safely on sidewalks.
