Police and Fire Commission: The Police and Fire Commission meets virtually on Monday, December 12 at 5:30 PM. Items on the agenda include the introduction of Robert Copley, the Independent Police Monitor, and status updates regarding hiring/recruitment from MFD and MPD.
Transportation Policy and Planning Board meets on Monday, December 5 at 5:00 PM. Items on the agenda include establishing a Transportation Demand Management Program and amending Sections within Chapter 28 of the Madison General Ordinances to implement the new Transit Orientated Development ("TOD")
Finance Committee: The Finance Committee meets virtually on Monday, November 28, at 4:30pm. Items on their agenda include a resolution authorizing agreements for the purpose of providing Paratransit Services to Madison Metro, and a resolution awarding $8,950,000 from the Affordable Housing Fund
The Streets Division will be closed on Thursday, November 24, 2022 and Friday, November 25, 2022 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
There will be no curbside collection of trash, recycling, leaves, or other items during these two days.
