Tips to prevent property crimes over the holidays

In response to a pattern of theft-from-autos in the Sprecher East neighborhood, not in District 3 but nearby, Madison Police Department East District command staff asked the Eastside alders to remind residents of these property crime prevention tips. 

These reminders are specially important over the holidays while some folks are away traveling or have delivery boxes on their porches:
