Snow Plowing UpdateStreets Division crews have been working around the clock applying sand, and those operations will continue through Friday night and continue into Saturday.  Crews are applying sand to the hills, curves, and intersections, and addressing concerns shared via Snow Removal report-a-problem messages. Looking ahead, hopefully the weather forecasts will hold for Sunday.  As it looks now, conditions appear to be favorable for salting operations to commence on the main thoroughfares Sign up for Snow Plow Updates for the latest information and for more details about all things winter go to www.cityofmadison.com/Winter
