Discovery
Reports & Documents
You can request reports and other documents related to your case from the City Attorney’s Office. This process is called Discovery.
Send your requests at least 45 days before your trial or hearing date. This will ensure there is enough time for you to get the materials.

Fees
There is a fee of $0.25 per page (or $0.30 per page for color copies). If you request delivery by mail, you will also need to pay postage.
Fees are due when you receive the documents. You can pay fees by:

Police Video
If there are video recordings related to your case, you can request them from the Police Department.
Send your requests at least 45 days before your trial or hearing date. Note that Police only keeps videos for 180 days.
Make sure to state the request is for a court matter and provide your citation number.
