Acres: 1.60
Improvements in 2018 to Esther Beach Park include a restroom building and reservable picnic shelter, a raingarden and a new play area with an accessible path, repaving of the parking lot, shoreline restoration, adding a stormwater swale, and reconstruction of the storm infrastructure to reduce the total pollutants and runoff events into the lake. The area includes Esther Beach Rd right-of-way north of Waunona Way.
This mini-park has much to offer -- a playground, canoe/kayak storage, a reservable shelter with picnic tables, electricity (with reservation), and restrooms. Dogs are not allowed in or near the shelter or the beach, leaving a little space for leashed and licensed dogs.
