Plan Commission: The Plan Commission meeting will take place on Monday, June 29, at 5:30 p.m. in virtual format. Agenda items include development-related requests in Districts10, 13, and 19.  Item 6 pertains to ZuZu Cafe's conditional use permit application for approval of amplified sound in their outdoor eating area. I am wholeheartedly in favor of this application. ZuZu's is a neighborhood treasure and a magnet for all kinds of positive social interactions in the Greenbush neighborhood. I'm confident this beloved establishment will continue to be a good neighbor and manage their use of amplified sound consistent with the interests of the nearby dwellings.
