Network Redesign Upcoming Meetings

City of Madison Common Council

On June 7, the full Council will hear public testimony and vote on the plan. If member of the public would like to speak, they must register in advance. The registration page is only in English, so staff is able to register for people if they send the following information to metroredesign@cityofmadison.com:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Address
  • Are you in support, opposition, or neither?
  • Do you wish to speak?
  • What is your preferred language?​
  • Are you representing yourself or a group?
  • What is your phone number?

You will receive an email with a link that says "Click here to join" (note the bold here should stay in english). Clicking that link will bring you into the meeting and when this action item is under consideration, the meeting information will be interpreted.
