Before visiting our office, please verify your lost item has been recovered and is in our possession. Provide a detailed description of the item, including color, size, brand name, etc., and be as specific as possible. A photo of the item will help us identify it faster.
All items are collected from buses at the end of the service day and are not available for verification until the next business day after 9:00 a.m. Items are kept for two (2) weeks before disposal or donation.
When Reporting a Lost Item, Please Include:
- First and last name, and a contact phone number
- Provide a detailed description of the item—please be specific
- The date, route, direction, and approximate time you lost the item
- Where were you sitting on the bus
