    Due to Midwest Horse Fair traffic, you will need to enter the Quann-Olin drop-off site from 121 E. Olin Avenue on Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18. There will be signs . Sycamore & South Point drop-off sites are not affected.

Compliance Report for Demolition Plans and Construction Projects

Compliance reports are required for demolition projects as proof they followed the submitted reuse and recycling plan for their project. Compliance reports must be submitted within 60 days following the completion of the project. 

According to ordinance, 70% of construction debris at minimum must be recycled for new construction projects that use concrete and steel supports. Also, remodeling projects that cost more than $20,000 are required to recycle the waste they generate.

Download and complete this form with copies of receipts that support the recycling of materials then send it as an email to the Recycling Coordinator (streets@cityofmadison.com).
