We offer virtual Affirmative Action Plan application overview presentations periodically throughout the year, covering AA Plan content and format, as well as individualized AA Plan application assistance upon request. Space is limited. Attendance is not required or necessary for AA Plan approval. If you are in need of individualized AA Plan application assistance, contact us!
The next virtual AA Plan presentation is Wednesday, January 21, 2026 9:00am to noon, for contractors, vendors and grant recipients that contract with the City of Madison and do not have a current approved Affirmative Action Plan or AA Plan Exemption. If this describes you or your subcontractors, you are invited, but not required, to share this with staff members who will complete the City of Madison AA Plan. This presentation will be recorded.
Along with the virtual AA Plan Overview Presentations, we are adding virtual AA Plan Application Workshops. This workshop is a time for AA Plan applicants to work on specific sections of their AA Plan application alongside our Contract Compliance Specialist. We welcome first-timers especially, but also anyone who might not know how to get started or what to do. The next AA Plan Application Workshop is Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 9:00.
