Restroom

Madison Parks offers seasonal and year-round restrooms throughout the park system. Indoor restrooms are open daily, approximately 10am to 8pm. The website lists OPEN locations.

Temporary Closures

  • Olbirch Park Boat Launch - men's restrooms is temporarily closed due to a maintenance issue. (posted 10/15/2025)

2025 Seasonal Closures 

Update October 13, 2025: Weather is unpredictable, but hard freezes can occur anytime in October. Staff prepare by closing and winterizing restrooms and drinking fountains. While colder weather usually reduces visitors, closures may seem premature during warm daytime highs. This system-wide process takes weeks to complete before the first freeze. We also no longer have seasonal staff for regular cleaning.

In addition to the open year-round locations, we plan to have open restrooms at popular winter recreation locations. Note: indoor restrooms remain closed until the winter amenity is open.
