Tilton Park History

The property at 1010 North Street, now making up the East Madison Little League fields, was formerly owned by Oscar Mayer. When the nearby plant was closed and sold, this property was sold, along with the rest of the Oscar Mayer holdings, to OM Land, LLC. 

In 2026, Resolution 92425 authorized the City of Madison Parks Division to purchase 8.86 acres of land located at 1010 North Street, to expand Tilton Park to approximately 9.4 acres. East Madison Little League currently leases the property.
