This park is located atop a grassy hill in the southwest corner of Madison. Besides its playground, basketball court, and softball backstop, the park is also home to sunny open spaces for all types of play. Hikers will also find plenty to do in the adjacent Prairie Ridge Conservation Park. Raymond Ridge Park serves as a perfect escape from its bustling neighbor, Elver Park.

The City of Madison Parks Division will hold a playground workshop to discuss playground improvements to the following parks:

  • Aldo Leopold Park 
  • Midland Park
  • Raymond Ridge Park
  • Rimrock Park

At this meeting, City staff will present the playground design process and seek input from neighborhoods on each individual park playground. This meeting will be held at the below time and location.
