Amend University Crossing General Development Plan and approve Specific Implementation Plan to expand the existing UW Digestive Health Clinic. The project includes the addition of a 3.5-story parking structure with 830 stalls, and construction of a 4-story, 180,000 sq. ft. outpatient clinic that includes the relocation of the main building entrance to University Row.
