Due to construction, Route 65 will detour off Lacy Rd. beginning Monday, May 18, from the start of service through early June.

Construction has an estimated duration of two weeks and ends on Monday, June 1. See map below for temporary stops and closures.

Additional construction will follow after the Lacy Road closure work is complete. See next detour Route 65 - Research Park for more details.

From Wood Hollow in Fitchburg, WI, Route 65 travels southbound on Cheryl, serving bus stops 04194, 4245, and 4764.The route then follows a detour, turning left onto Research Park Drive and serving a temporary stop, while skipping closed stops 4887 and 4801.It continues past Lacy Road with a temporary stop (trip start/end point). The route then travels northbound, turning right onto Sparkle Stone Drive, and then right onto Fish Hatchery Road, passing closed stop 4930. It turns right onto Cheryl with a temporary stop before Research Park Drive, where it resumes the regular route.
