Westmorland Park in District 11 comes alive on Friday July 3, transforming into one of Madison's largest neighborhood gatherings with live music, local food vendors, family entertainment, beverages, and an incredible drone light show celebrating 250 years of independence. Public Information Meetings (PIMs)

  • Public Information meeting about the Parman Terrace Assessment District, A virtual public information meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m., June 30, 2026, via Zoom. Advanced registration is required. The purposes of this assessment district is to remove and replace the sanitary sewer main and laterals, water main and services, storm sewer main, base course, driveway aprons, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, pavement marking, signs, as well as improve pedestrian crossings, and install sidewalk on Parman Terrace from Odana Road to the south end.   • Public Input Meeting - Odana Hills Golf Course and Park: Virtual Meeting on Tuesday, June 30th 6:30pm – 8:00pm.  Advanced registration required. The Parks Division is continuing to refine the Master Plan conceptual Clubhouse and Odana Hills East Park Master Plan.  Since the April 30 Public Information Meeting and June 2 site tours, staff have further investigated implications of utility easements within the park and have determined that adjustments are necessary from the preferred conceptual design. In addition, staff have received cost estimates for the project work and are developing a phasing plan that will deliver a quality project within budget and within the necessary timeline. Staff anticipate posting the revised Conceptual Master Clubhouse and Park Master Plan to the project page by June 26.
