West Badger Road and South Park Street Concept Plan

The City of Madison will soon begin a process to develop the majority of the block at W Badger Road and S Park Street. The development area covers approximately 4 acres of city-owned property, including the former South Metro Transfer Point and existing Centro Hispano site.
 
Project Update:
In the coming weeks CGC, Inc. will be on-site drilling 21 soil borings. The soil borings will assist in the master planning for the site, which will occur later this summer.
 
Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The CDA released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Redevelopment Partnership for the South Park Street and West Badger Road Redevelopment Area.
