If you have not attended the formal IP telephone training offered by Information Technology, we strongly encourage you to watch the entire tutorial first, rather than the individual modules.
In order to hear the audio portion of the video, you may need either speakers or headphones installed on your PC. If you can’t hear the video, please contact the HelpDesk for headphones. If you experience any other problems with viewing the video, you can also contact the HelpDesk.
