Project Overview

The City is planning a reconstruction project on Capital Avenue (University Avenue to Lake Mendota Drive). The project includes replacement of sanitary sewer main and laterals, water main and services, base course, driveway aprons, asphalt pavement, pavement markings, signs, improvement on pedestrian crossings, and install new storm sewer, stormwater features, curb & gutter, and sidewalks.
