Aro Eberle and Parkitecture (design consultants) have completed the Master Plan Pre Design phase for the project. The design consultants are now facilitating the Schematic Design Phase. The Schematic Design Phase is where the design team determines the program, the project goals and requirements, and the location of site elements.
The Parks Division is hosting a Public Open House to share preliminary building and site concepts and seek feedback from residents and neighbors on September 24, 2026 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Odana Hills Clubhouse (4635 Odana Rd.) Project Overview
The City of Madison Parks Division, in partnership with the Madison Parks Foundation, has an exciting opportunity to receive a generous private donation to redesign Odana Hills Golf Course. In coordination with that project and to leverage a planned closure of the golf course, Parks is also planning to replace the existing clubhouse and make improvements to the adjacent park.
