The City of Madison is proposing the installation of an asphalt path in Ontario Park as part of its Bike Paths 2018 project. The proposed path will provide a safer, more usable surface than the current footpath through the park. The paved path is currently proposed to be 8 feet wide and will roughly follow the existing footpath that connects Ontario Street with the Capital City Path. Public Information Meeting
A Public Information Meeting has been scheduled for this project on Thursday March 1st at 6:00 PM in the Whitehorse Middle School Library. City staff will be in attendance to discuss the proposed project and receive feedback from residents.
