Packers Avenue Resurfacing Assessment District - 2020
Construction Update
Packers Ave is one lane of traffic in each direction. The contractor is replacing the water main, deficient curb & gutter, pulverize and pave the road.
Project Description
The project consists of new asphalt pavement, and spot replacement of: concrete curb and gutter, drive aprons and sidewalk, as need. Utility replacement will include new water main and services with upgrades as needed to the existing storm sewer.
This project will also include assessments to adjacent property owners.
Project Limits
From 100' South of Londonderry Drive to 650' North of Tennyson Lane.
Public Information Meetings
A public information meeting was scheduled for 5:30 p.m., Jan. 23, at North District Police Station, 2033 Londonderry Drive, Madison.
