Project Overview

The City is planning a 2027 construction project on Parman Terrace (Odana Road to the south end). The project includes replacement of sanitary sewer main and laterals, storm sewer main and features, water main and services, base course, driveway aprons, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, pavement markings, signs, and improvements on pedestrian crossings.

Project Schedule

Design: Summer/Fall 2026

Construction: Spring 2027

Public Involvement

There are a number of points of contact during this project where the public is encouraged to give feedback as part of public information meetings and public hearings. Dates, times and locations are indicated below:

A public information meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m., June 10, 2026, via Zoom. Registration prior is required.
