Bachmann Construction started onsite on Sept. 15th with demolition of the existing concessions room fixtures and removal of the concrete floor.  Plumbing rough-ins below grade were completed and the new floor was poured Oct. 7th.  Interior masonry walls and rough-ins for new plumbing, electrical and HVAC are in progress.  Substantial completion is expected the week of Thanksgiving.  Visit our project Flickr page to watch the construction progress.

Creating two single use restrooms and a small mechanical room within the existing unused concessions space of the mechanical building at the Reindahl Park Splash Pad.
