Project Overview

Installation of a roughly 11 kW solar photovoltaic system at the Warner Park Beach Shelter. The system will consist of roof mounted modules and will produce an estimated 12,100 kWh per year. Once complete 97% of the building’s electricity usage will be generated by the solar array. The array will be installed by the Engineering Division’s GreenPower program where trainees with little to no electrical skills are provide on-the-job training through solar installations on City buildings.
