Project Overview
Replacement of garage ventilation system with new make-up air unit and exhaust fan system. Lighting will be replaced in all garage and shop areas.

1st Advertisement of Bid: February 13, 2024 available only on Bid Express
Pre-Bid Contractor Site Mtg: March 12, 2024 @ 12:00 p.m. at the project site, 1501 W. Badger Rd., Madison, WI
Bid Due Date: April 25, 2024
Construction Start Date: Spring 2024
Expected Completion Date: December 2024
