Rental Year
The rental year runs from April 1 to March 31.

Cost
The rental fee is $325.00 for the year. Renters with two cycles who wish to get a duplicate permit will be charged an additional $2.00 for the duplicate permit. *Only one permit can be in use at a time. Payment for the entire annual fee will be collected before a permit is issued.

Annual permits are not prorated if you start after April 1, nor are refunds provided if the full rental year is not completed.

To obtain an Annual Motorcycle/moped Parking Permit, email the Parking Division to receive, complete, and sign the agreement form.
- Please begin the process within 10 days of the date on which you wish to start parking; permits will not be held for parkers who wish to start at a later date.
- Schedule your appointment when your permit is ready. Walk-ins are not allowed.
