Learning and Development

Learning + Development (L+D) is one of the three service areas of the Organizational Development Unit in Human Resources.

We design and deliver learning experiences that are equitable, learner-centered, and effective. Our primary audience is City of Madison employees, but our reach goes far beyond - impacting the greater Madison community. We reach these broad audiences by facilitating high-quality courses, which in turn improve the quality of our services for the common good of our residents and visitors.
