You might've noticed some changes...
We've introduced a new structure to our pages to make it easier to find what you need. We know changes like this can bring up all kinds of reactions - questions, excitement, or even frustration - and we want you to know we're holding space for all of it.

What's different?
Instead of organizing content by how you access it (like "online recordings," "learning resources," or "toolkits"), everything is now organized by topic or category.

Why the change?
Our goal is to help you find what you're looking for more quickly and intuitively - keeping everything related to a topic in one place.

What you'll find on each page:
When you select a topic, you'll now see everything connected to it, including:
- Upcoming Live Courses - browse and register for upcoming live sessions in the topic. Note, some courses may be shown under multiple topics/categories.
- On-Demand Recordings - watch recordings of previous live sessions here, so you can learn on your own time.
- Learning Resources - free or low-cost online learning resources we recommend. As with any work-related purchase or training, make sure you have supervisor approval and support.
- Tools, Templates, & Resources - valuable resources, tools, and templates to support anyone and everyone in their daily work.
We hope this new approach makes exploring and engaging with content simpler and more useful.

Online course completions are not automatically tracked. Please submit your course details using our quick form if you would like them recorded in HR-OD records.
