Course Description

This course is for supervisors who want to learn how to better support your LGBTQ+ staff. In this course you'll review:

  • Tips and insights into how to foster an inclusive work environment
  • Your responsibilities as a supervisor to your LGBTQ+ staff
  • Actionable ways to promote inclusion within your team

If you are newer to LGBTQ+ issues, we recommend you first attend the following two courses for foundational knowledge.

  1. State supervisor roles in supporting transitioning employees and all transgender, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming employees regardless of transition status
  2. Name ways to protect legal name and sex assigned at birth information
