Course Description

This interactive session explores how emotional intelligence (EI) serves as the foundation for individual and organizational wellbeing. Participants will learn to recognize and manage their own emotions, understand and respond to others with empathy, and apply practical tools to foster resilience, trust, and psychological safety in the workplace. 

Through guided reflection, small-group activities, attendees will develop actionable strategies to enhance communication, reduce stress, and contribute to a positive, emotionally healthy workplace culture.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify and explain the five core components of emotional intelligence - self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills - and their connection to wellbeing. 
  2. Apply emotional intelligence tools and techniques to real workplace scenarios to improve communication and collaboration.
