Parman Terrace

Project Overview

The City is planning a 2027 construction project on Parman Terrace. The project includes replacement of sanitary sewer main and laterals, storm sewer main and structures, water main and services, base course, driveway aprons, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, pavement markings, signs, improvements on pedestrian crossings, and new sidewalk installation. 

Project Limits

Parman Ter – Odana Rd to the south end

Council Crest – west end to Hiawatha Dr

Design: Summer/Fall 2026

Construction: Spring 2027

Public Involvement

There are a number of points of contact during this project where the public is encouraged to give feedback as part of public information meetings and public hearings. Dates, times and locations are indicated below:

A public information meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m., June 30, 2026, via Zoom. Registration prior is required.
