Repairing Recent Hail and Storm Damage

The City has received reports of potential scammers. Some companies are trying to take advantage of recent storm damage. It's important to make sure repairs are done quickly and by reputable companies.

Mold

Building Inspection does not test for mold. We can require repairs when water damage is present. We can require certain mold and mildew clean up. This is often caused by water leaks and poor ventilation where moisture and condensation accumulate. 

We do not test for air quality associated with mold. If you are experiencing health issues, contact Public Health.
