The West District is focusing on property crimes for our summer strategic plan and we are noticing a new micro time hotspot in the neighborhoods bordering this intersection during the overnight hours. We are deploying additional resources as able and may knock on your door if we find an open garage door during hours of darkness.
Please do all you can by keeping doors locked and valuables out of view in locked vehicles. We have experienced an increase in force entry to vehicles with valuables in view. Report any suspicious behavior and help us and your neighbors reduce property crimes of opportunity.
