Mission, Goals, and Objectives

To maintain the public streets, bridges, underpasses, bike paths, sidewalks, wastewater, drainage systems, and City buildings to acceptable and legally required service levels providing comparable service to all residents. To expand these public facilities necessary to accommodate the growth of the City minimizing the cost to existing citizens. To serve as warden of the City’s closed landfills and underground storage tanks protecting the adjacent residents and properties in compliance with the environmental regulations. To accomplish its mission safely and with an economical use of resources.
