To provide a cleaner and safer city for Madison's residents, businesses and guests by collecting, processing and disposing of solid wastes and recyclables; cleaning, maintaining and repairing streets, removing snow and ice from city streets; removing noxious weeds and terrace tree stumps; and providing our customers accurate and timely information about our services.
